studied composition at "Mozarteum" University in Salzburg and 'Graz University' Austria

In 1998 awarded first prize at the International Competition "Valentino-Bucchi" in Rome, in 2001 first prize at the International Competition "Mozart" in Salzburg, in 2003 second prize at the International Competition "Max Reger" and in 2005 second prize at the "Karajan" Competition.

In 2003 awarded Austrian Scholarship as 'the composer of 2003'. In 2000 participated International Academy for New Composition and Audio Art in Schwaz, Austria. In 2003 he was invited at the "Tongyoung International Music Festival" as a guest composer, and in 2007 at the "BEIJING MODERN MUSIC FESTIVAL".

His music was performed at many place.(Ex. MOZART WEEK MUSIC FESTIVAL in Salzburg, ACL [Asian Composers League] in Taiwan...)

Since 2007 he has been teaching at several Universities, Korea
