작곡가명: 구자만 Koo, Jaman

구자만은 계명대학교 음악대학 작곡과 및 동대학원 작곡과를 졸업하고, 독일 Essen Folkwang 국립음대 작곡과를 졸업하였다. 제 1회 대구음악제 작품공모 당선, 제 6회 창악회 작곡 콩쿠르 제 10회 중앙 음악 콩쿠르 작곡 부문에서 입상하였으며, 현재 경북대 음악학과 교수로 재직하고 있다.

 

Koo, Jaman holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in composition from Keimyung University and an advanced degree in composition from Folkwang Hochschule für Musik in Essen, Germany. Among those prizes he won are Chung–Ang Music Competition and the Grand Prize at the Contemporary Music Society in Seoul.(CMSS) He is currently a professor at Kyungpook National University.
